Spring Detox and Fasting Course

A 24-day process to cleanse the body and welcome spring, combining a detox and ketogenic diet with a guided 4-day fast (starting on day 11).

The first day of fasting takes place at home, followed by three days of group fasting in nature at Cal Visó (Berguedà).

The course is open to both beginners and experienced participants and includes:

• Meditation

• Conscious movement

• Group sharing circles

• Meridian massage

• Time in nature
