THE Manuvision Training/ EDUCATION is run by a team of dedicated trainers who have between 15 and 25 years of experience in treating. Our trainers are masters in body therapy and experts in all areas of body therapy – from the nervous system and joint release to exercise, fasting, meditation and conversation techniques.
As educators, we have in common that everything we do is based on the encounter between people. We are interested in relationships – our relationship to ourselves and each other. Starting the Manuvision Education was both an internal need, but also an external pressure from people who wanted an education with experienced educators.
Despite our common background in body therapy, we work differently. We often have different perceptions of why we treat and what the treatment is for. Our diversity gives you more entrances to the treatment – and thus the optimal palette to reflect on and learn from. A common feature of our pedagogy is that we constantly try to look behind the surface instead of forcing a system down on you.

Mette Steen
Mette is like an acupuncture needle—her sharp focus, deep empathy, and strong intuition allow her to go straight to the core.
She creates the necessary sense of trust on the treatment table, enabling you to blossom in your belief in yourself.
Mette embodies the sensitivity and attunement that we value so highly at Manuvision. She truly sees and senses you, and she dares to put words to what cannot immediately be seen or understood.
She also has profound insight into group dynamics. As a teacher at the Manuvision Programme, she brings out the best in the unique constellations that emerge within each cohort. She has a keen eye for the individual student and a special ability to compose groups in ways that support and strengthen each other’s development process.
Mette trained as a body therapist with Body SDS (Team 1) and has worked as a body therapist and trainer since 1998, and as a teacher since 2002. She is also the head of the continuing education programme in shock/trauma together with Angela Jørgensen.

kristoffer glavind kjær
Kristoffer is vibrant and inspiring. He has a steam locomotive inside him, and when he is passionate about something, his passion is unmistakable. Simply being around him gives you energy.
He has a special intuition and, through his focused attention, can open up a body and reach a person with very few words.
Kristoffer embodies enthusiasm and a deep appetite for life. With his energy and exceptional social intelligence, he can guide you into the fascinating frontier of self-exploration.
He is also the driving force behind our work with elite athletes, having worked hands-on with some of the biggest sports icons for over 20 years. This expertise is something Manuvision draws upon—and something you will be exposed to as a student in the programme. He is also the author of the book Kropslig Intelligens (“Bodily Intelligence”), which explores the connection between body and psyche.
Kristoffer trained with Body SDS (Team 1) and has worked as a body therapist and trainer since 1998, and as a teacher since 2005.

Steffen Lundsgaard
Steffen works with a unique blend of humor and seriousness that can melt even the hardest heart. His contagious joy creates an atmosphere of openness and trust wherever he goes.
Drawing on his extensive experience working with people, Steffen has developed a rare ability: he connects directly with physical pain—the kind that most often brings people to therapy in the first place. From there, he helps release it, creating a sense of freedom and relief.
Steffen graduated from Group 4 in Aarhus in 2009 and has been working as both a therapist and trainer since 2010. That same year, he founded the first ManuVision center in Barcelona. In 2016, he brought the ManuVision education beyond Scandinavia for the first time, and is now teaching and educating therapists and trainers internationally.

Søren CHRISTENSEN
Søren steps into your inner world and begins to tell stories.
At times, it feels as though he does not entirely belong to this world—as if he has lived many more lives than the rest of us, quietly observing, listening, and understanding people on a deeper level.
He is a man of rare wisdom who generously shares his insight with those willing to listen. Søren has an exceptional ability to see a life as it has been lived—and to reflect it back with clarity, honesty, and care.
With his calm presence and depth, he invites you to settle into trust. With his laughter and lightness, he encourages you to play. And through his constant curiosity and questioning, he inspires you to stay open, searching, and alive to life.
Søren trained with Body SDS (Team 1) and has worked as a body therapist and trainer since 1998. He has been teaching in the ManuVision Programme since 2005 and joined the Nature Therapy Programme as a teacher in 2021.

Torben SVENDSEN
Torben has trained in karate at a high level and has been teaching since 1987. He holds a 7th dan black belt.
It is impossible to hide from Torben. He demands your full presence and has a unique ability to truly see each individual within a group.
Torben has gained deep insight into the body wisdom of the East. With a strong sense of tradition, precision, and discipline, he helps you—firmly yet compassionately—to perform at your best and expand your personal capacity. Nothing is forced. The most important thing is that boundaries are respected.
Torben embodies strength. What characterizes him most, however, is that his strength comes from within. He can stand firm while holding a baby bird in his hands. It is like the dance of Yin and Yang between the poles—between strength and softness. He is a master of the body, challenging and supporting you in finding your own inner strength.
Torben trained with Body SDS (Team 1) and has worked as a body therapist and trainer since 1998. He has been teaching at the Manuvision Programme since 2005.

AINA GODOY VILÀ
Aina has a unique ability to sense when a threshold in life is ready to be crossed. With philosophical depth, intuition, and embodied awareness, she supports people in meeting the places within themselves where transformation is calling.
Aina meets others from a deeply human place. Through her presence and openness to her own vulnerability, she creates a space where it feels safe to be seen—and to move beyond the fear of showing one’s fragility.
She listens carefully and allows processes to unfold in their own time. When needed, she steps in with clarity and responsibility, holding a space where change can be integrated.
With more than twenty years of experience teaching philosophy, Aina has a sharp sensitivity for both groups and individuals. She sees what needs attention, what can grow, and where each person’s strengths lie.
She trained in the first group of Manuvision body therapists in Barcelona in 2017 and later specialized in Shock and Trauma.
